You may not use Content in connection with any pornographic or immoral materials.

Any Content downloaded by you from CopyBoosters.com, including, without limitation, any files, templates, and images generated by CopyBoosters.com is licensed to you by PMI. MEMBER CONDUCT

A. Member will hold password for this membership in the strictest of confidence. You may not share or disclose any password to any other Member or third party other than as specifically provided for herein. If you breach any provision of this section, PMI shall be entitled to (i) terminate this Agreement immediately, (ii) retain all payments paid pursuant to this Agreement and, (iii) seek any legal or equitable remedies."

B. Members shall use CopyBoosters.com for lawful purposes only. Member shall not post or transmit through CopyBoosters.com any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or which, without PMI express prior approval, contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services. Any conduct by a Member that in PMI discretion restricts or inhibits any other Member from using or enjoying CopyBoosters.com will not be permitted. Member shall not use CopyBoosters.com to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation, including, but not limited to, the solicitation ofusers to become subscribers of other on-line information services competitive with PMI.

C. CopyBoosters.com contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound, and the entire contents of CopyBoosters.com are copyrighted as a collective work under the United States copyright laws. PMI owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. Member may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part. Member may download copyrighted material for Member's personal use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express permission of PMI and the copyright owner. In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made. D. Member shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on CopyBoosters.com any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark or other proprietaryright and the burden of determining that any material is not protected by copyright rests with Member. Member shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission. By submitting material to any public area of CopyBoosters.com, Member automatically grants, or warrants that the owner of such material has expressly granted PMI the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish,translate and distribute such material (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such material. Member also permits any other Member to access, view, store, or reproduce the material for that Member's personal use. Member hereby grants PMI the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any material made available on CopyBoosters.com by Member.

TERMINATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

A. Either PMI or Member may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, PMI shall have the right to immediately terminate Member's account in the event of any conduct by Member which PMI, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by Member of this Agreement.

B. You can terminate the licenses granted under this Agreement with respect to any Content by sending a fax cancellation message to 888.654.9310 or emailing admin@copyboosters.com, destroying the Content, along with any copies or archives, any CD-ROM or accompanying materials (if applicable), and ceasing all use of the Content for any purpose. Such termination may not effect payment obligations.

C. PMI may, in its sole discretion:

(i) monitor, as frequently as PMI determines, anything you download from our Web sites,

(ii) limit downloads to a fixed amount of downloads per 24 hour period so as to insure the best possible service to all subscribers to our Web site,

(iii) track any abuse of your username and password,

(iv) suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if PMI believes there is aviolation of this Agreement, the Web Site Member Agreement and/or any abuse of your username and password.

D. If you wish to cancel the rights granted in this Agreement and your membership subscription, no refunds will be given for any previously paid monthly membership terms.

PAYMENT POLICY

A. Members are charged to access the Content found on CopyBoosters.com. PMI reserves the right to change pricing from time to time, but it will be posted on the Web site before you incur any billing. If you do not agree to these changes, then you must cancel and stop using the Web site before the changes take place.

B. When you create an account, you enter your payment method. You must be authorized to use the payment method. You authorize PMI to charge you for the Services using your payment method and for any paid feature of the Services for which you choose to sign-up.

C. In the event your credit card is declined, PMI will make up to three attempts to process the credit card on file. If the existing credit card cannot be processed, PMI may put your membership status on hold until the credit card can be processed or a new credit card is entered for membership.

OTHER LEGAL INFORMATION

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. These Terms of Use contain the entire understanding of the parties hereto relating to the use of CopyBoosters.com and supersedes any prior written or oral agreement or understandings between the parties with respect to CopyBoosters.com, and cannot be changed or terminated orally.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms of Use will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms of Use. PMI reserves the right to terminate these Terms of Use without notice if, in PMI sole discretion, you fail to comply with any of these Terms of Use.

PMI reserves the right to terminate this site without notice.
